Thanx dv8r & Raykco for the reply. So just to make sure I have understood this correctly.. "if i keep the player at 39 for some time without adding any skill points, the system automatically will put his name on the negotiation screen and then any one wanting him can bid there ?" and ...any idea how many days I have to keep him from adding the skill points before he comes up on the screen ?.. Not just 39 quality but exactly 1 skill point away from 40 quality. Also, you can't see your own player on the list, you will get a message when someone makes an offer on your player

i had offers coming to players wich were 39 - 39,2 - even 38, and i can see Q38-37 ones in my list.

It is O.O 11 outta 22 of my players gets offered, being even on Q36, Q38, Q 39,0 and so on. even my keeper Q 33
