Thanx dv8r & Raykco for the reply. So just to make sure I have understood this correctly.. "if i keep the player at 39 for some time without adding any skill points, the system automatically will put his name on the negotiation screen and then any one wanting him can bid there ?" and ...any idea how many days I have to keep him from adding the skill points before he comes up on the screen ?..
