Top scorer award in league a good move. Been suggested for a long time. Hope it becomes permanent will help prolong an attacker career. Much needed since training changed.

Desert Rats FC - Season 32 preview.

Having won the League/Champions League double last season, Desert Rats FC look forward to the next season on a relative high.





AM Recommended striker Armand Dah recorded a first for the team, an ST with the most goals, earning him the Player of the Sseason award...





This season, the Rats started off with a -43%Q opponent in the Cup, so after a relatively easy away match, out came the Troll at home, the opposition doing nothing until they were awarded a free-kick late on in the second half...



A Champions League is a Level 25 competition with three level 24 teams being included, two of whom are in Group A with Desert Rats and another Level 25 outfit.



And this morning, the full League draw was revealed, the Rats having known their Round 1 opponents since the Cup match finished yesterday. Three friend teams are included, along with the defeated Champions League finalists from last season. The League has a distintively Gallic flavour, six teams being from France (along with a token Belgian).



The Playing squad is little-changed from last season, bar two lower-Quality players released on the last day of the season as their contracts were up and they weren't worth re-signing.



Three players have been signed on since the start of the season; a new ST transferred in from the IC England team that lost their Final against West Germany 1-3 on Sunday, Monday's recommended player to strengthen the defence and today's 79T option to give a bit of competition for midfield places.





Midfielders Noureddine Zaidi was sold on, and long-serving left-sided midfielder Alessandro D'Auria was subject to a 3T Negotiations bid, which was accepted.
Surplus-to-requirements left wing-back Tourmani Sarr is eligible for Negotiation and a suitable offer is awaited.

First match of the season has been tougher I expected!
I was stronger (+25%), but until the 80th minute we were on 1-1.
Then, finally, my players woke up and scored 4 more goals. My weak point are the forwards, I need someone more skilled.
