played against a league opponent today who am slightly better than, I used a defensive lineup and tactics to start the game and at half time I made a substitution and changed tactics to a more attacking one.

after change of tactics i get a penalty which my trusted pk taker who never , never, never misses, missed for the first time.
the substitute who was an MC for a DMC I made and saved never came on and match ended without him coming on even tough my opponent who was online was able to make a change , so I played half of the match with a DM in an MC position.

Match ends as a 0-0 draw. SMH

If you make a sub and he doesn't doesn't come on at the next 'tick' then go into formation and move any player a little bit. You have to press the green OK button and then it'll remind the game to make the substitution.
