I guess some of them are injury proneness, temperament, and consistency.

So if your player is Italian or Brazilian, they are more prone to roll around on the pitch grabbing their face when they got kicked in the leg, therefore more free kicks.

So if you name your player Ronaldo or Bale, their hidden attribute for diving goes up automatically?

Same here i have 2 players on low quailty but always get a 7,8 or a 9.

i think that all of the hidden attributes are randomized by game engine.
nothing to do with player's nationality, and name.
