formation 4-4-1-1. is it good?

my formation:

DL(down) - DC (down) - DC(down) - DR(down)

-GK-(down)(maybe default)

what i wanted to ask is that is this formation effective?

the tactic is fine vs some tactics but weak vs others, there is no super tactic.
your orders are not fine(arrows etc...)

Any derivative of the 4-4-2 is a solid formation that will do well MOST of the time vs the average player.
Your 4-4-1-1 is similar so should be the same as 4-4-2 for the most part.
I would prefer 4-1-4-1 myself as it is a bit more defensive but can be as effective as 4-4-2 with the right orders.

But yes, your 4-4-1-1 is sufficient for MOST games.
