    I love reading Italian and understand the 90% lol

    VPN use is punished as it goes againat the providers terms and conditions that have to apply a strict control of the offers they provide, because some people pay them to offer specific content for people from specific countries, it is a big issue when an Italian uses a VPN adress to see adds from a country with a language that he probably don't understand and that had these offers -paid by those who contract the publicity- set only for specific Regions.

    If he Go to belgium for vacation and start to travel in Italy in the morning and arive in belgium and take a train to luxembourg IT is very easy posible
