Well power training would be hard to supervise.. If you save up boosters for 2 seasons from gifts/ friendlies you can get a decent amount to power train a player.

no, you won't be able to save enough greens... i'm level 7 35t a season and i only saved 107 greens (not enough to really powertrain)...however powertraining is forbidden

107 greens can be more then enough if you slightly power train.. I managed to get a player +10 quality in 1 season with only 35 greens.
