Hello, kindly help me here. My Facebook account was disabled and I can't access my team with Facebook. How do I play or recover my team.

You must contact Facebook support, it's the only way you can access to your team.
If you've also one Google account linked to the game, you can go from there.

How do I play or recover my team.

Did you log in from your mobile and got this message ?
I had this issue an hour ago with my android TE account.
Went to pc, log in there (where also was a weird message) and returning to mobile was ok.
