    Can you direct me to where this is? I searched your post history and found nothing of substance. "I've forwarded this to the team and will follow up in this thread as I learn more" and "we're following all feedback closely" is not good enough, especially when it was two weeks ago. This is not a hard question to answer; at least, if Nordeus cares about its userbase.
