First League matches were the usual variety.

Nouvion FC notched up their first three points with a 1-0 away win in the absence of their manager, who was in the Land of Nod at the time. This will be a recurring theme as the majority of League matches are scheduled for 4.00 to 5.30AM, which for a League in which most of the teams are from England (7) or Europe (5) is very inconvenient.

Desert Rats FC followed up their 3-0 away Champions League 1st Group match win with a 0-2 away defeat in the League against a slighly better Quality team. Nordeus seem to have forgotten that there are more hours in the day than the ones between 5.00 and 10.00PM, in which most of the Rats fixtures are scheduled, with the resulting short recovery period between the first and second matches. Somehow I think the Management will be hoarding all the green packs he can for this instead of using them on developing 18yo Youth or Transfer players...

What an eventful day. Had two players (striker and AM) red carded in the opening league game - one of them for spitting!! Luckily, I managed to hold out for a 3-2 win against an opponent 12% stronger. Three hours later, another player was red carded in the CL. The weird thing is, my tackling is set to 'Normal'!




On a more positive note, I made a profit of 9 token and 30 million plus on a player sale. Purchased him for three tokens last season, and just gave him the standard daily training.



Hope I won't get any more red cards in my next game.

I get that. 7-8 matches without any sort of card, then one match with five players each getting a yellow, then in the next a sending off (2 yellows) and a yellow for one of the players carded in the previous match, which means a suspension. Then back to normal again...

The recommended players with three choices appear once per week on a random day of the week, if you get one on a Saturday then you won't get them the following day (Sunday).

The other recommended players occur on the other days and are offered based on spurious comparisons with players already in your squad.
