I noticed those 18/19yr olds show up in the last two special offers of the season.

But if you want your AM to do something immediately, find you an 18yr old and position him where you want the recommended player to play, especially when a strong opposing player is there also, you will get one of those their wild offers sometimes affordable.

You can actually take influence on the assistant manager offers by putting in weak players.

Does anyone has experience with playing without any strikers? They dont score that much, I have good aml and amr and very strong midfield.
Any opinions would be useful
