I remember a top flight match a few years back, when Arsenal played West Ham. Arsenal dominated the entire match and had thirty shots at goal, and didn't score. West Ham spent almost the entire game in their own half, and then with only a couple of minutes remaining, they broke clear and scored with their only attack of the match. So it does happen in real life. Total domination doesn't mean you'll win.

That was the first time Arsenal were beaten at the Emirates Stadium, After being unbeaten in the new stadium for quite a while. Bobby Zamora scored the goal.

It was just before half time. A Lucas Neill ball over the top to Zamora, who caught Lehmann off his line. The best goalkeeping performance I've ever seen by Robert Green that day; now he can't even get in the QPR team.

Back on topic and another game to add to the mix. Last season, CL semi-final 2nd leg. 2-0 up (having lost the first leg 1-0) and they scored in the 90th minute to go through on away goals. One of those goals with no build up - just the goal routine. Incredibly annoying.

i feel the same way. i have played the same player heaps of times and always beat him convincingly..like 5-1. come to cup games and he beats me 3 - 1 wtf???? it is too unrealistic to believe that he can beat me so easily when he can not do it normally.

This game is so fck random. Lost first quarter final CL match against a weaker player, while he was not watching.... he scored 2 goals in 3 minutes after I was leading 2:1

I nearly suffered a bad result today in the champions league, losing 1-0 against weaker team and we dug deep to win the game 2-1.

I had a match league + champion match lumped together within 3hrs of each other, both with horrible timeslot, both AWAY from home, 2am, 4am (so ofc I'm not there to control).

I fixed my form to counter the champion match since the league match is vs an abandoned team that I beaten 4-0 in previous encounter.

LOST BOTH.

hilariously I just noticed that the champions league matches knockouts are having the 2 weakest teams excel. me and my pal have evenly matched opponents.

14 vs 20 -> score 2-1. another 14-20 -> 1-1.

I've spent nothing, because I can't afford it and also have no way to make the payments.

Managed to beat a team with a few scouts 3-1 in my CL tie yesterday, he'll probably feel like he was cheated.

there is a random element in the game engine. i have experienced it many times. but in 8 seasons, it is still manageable. but i fear it will get worse as i progress in level. that's why i stopped paying for this game and just enjoy the game. i don't watch past midnight matches anymore, unlike before. even if it is cl or cup final.

In our CL the weaker opponents kicked out the stronger one. Yeah! Now boring finals are coming...
