No, it's not a good point since his opponent is probably doing even less training than OP is (200 seat stadium, average player age 29.4, etc). Even just doing the daily training to stay at 10-10-10-10 would have his team better than 49 average quality (FORTY NINE!!!!!!!!!!).

It's an excellent point. If you leave such a gaping weakness in your team, you can't blame the game for taking advantage of it.
Also, his opponent just installed (or reinstalled) the game four weeks ago. Many new players don't fully understand the intricacies of the game during their first couple of months. Since the average rating of level 3 players are around 44, his current level of 49 indicates his team has been trained. It was not an abandoned team.

Well, to me, believing in the assistant manager is not as bad as thinking that it can be a gap of weakness if you have a 4% bonus while having 10-8-10 in the other bonuses. The way you say things, it seems to be better to have 0-0-0-0 than 10-8-10-4 because no weakness bro. Those are supposed to be positive numbers. I don't know for certain what my rival bonuses are, but since he hasn't assisted to any game in the entire season, and since he can't even perform a beginner move such as buying some decent players, I doubt he can actually perform a more advanced move such as train his team to get bonuses.
If you had to bet real money, would you say he is active or inactive? C'mon.
