No, there are 4 rules, very basic all, fair play is responsibility of both managers.

Resuming is so simple:
-No 1,2,3 and 9 star players allowed.
-120% AvQ as Max. once match starts.
-3 subs allowed, of 120,0% avq each one max.
-Substitutions are limited to 1 in first half, from the 30'+ and 2 during 2nd half, only in case of injuries, this limit can be broken.

Isn't a big mystery really, easy to manage and keeping a fairness

I can agree with 9* players not to be used for subs but what's the problem with 1-3* players? No way they gonna create any advantage for me in case of substitution so why not use them?

The problem with 1-3* players is that if they are set when match starts with a AvQ next to 120%, and you sub x3 1*s for 120%s... probably this will allow some teams to stay at 135+% or so.

I try to keep it the more fair and equal possible, trying to avoid any kind of posible manipulation xD

I see your point of view - sure it is a problem when you put low ovr player in your main squad just before the match as it lowers your ovr of the team. But now I'm talking about different situation when you use low stars players during the match as subs. For example I want to replace my 6-7* st with 3* player during the match - I don't think this can create any problem.

Tbh I didn't thought that someone would think in use a 1-3* sub xDDD but the limit of avq for subs is till 120%, so it could be 1 rule for the starting 11, without any 1-3* and subs till 120% including 1-3*..

Still but, I would prefer to eliminate these kind of players 1-3* and 9* and stay inside the starting idea.
Maybe is that you haven't 4*-6* subs?..

Mate, my best bench player is 57% ))) I don't buy new players for subs but use my pensioners as much as they can play. So each season I change 1 player. The old one goes directly to the bench and the 18yo to the main team. So please, give your final confirmation if I can use them because now I can not even receive my 1 green pack as I can not make any sub
