Once upon time a 99% player cost between 5-15 T. in the Auction,then it became a lot more expensive 25-90 T. .The negotiations is 15-30 T. per 99% player - expensive too, but still cheaper than the Auction overprice and Scouting super prices...Assistant sometimes find good deals but rarely...Youth academy must be complete free for join to the 2 young talents ,because they from the club .The two players should be always random between 80-99% since they are the top 2 chosen for promotion to First team.About the tank teams i have no idea...I see teams 119% rated (not relegated) from the start of the season ,often competing with me .When club not make it in Top 8 you should reduce the team % as well for the next season even with 10% more than the Promoted ones 20% reduce (30%) .Events are not well balanced since you compete with teams 140-160% and it's very hard to get anything of such match...
In the Cup and Champions League/Super League competitions i often play with 1 level higher than me opponents which is strange and unbalanced as well.
For a good future of the game i propose :

1. It's 2019 , a good moment for client install .exe with improved 3D graphics , 15min. matches that at least similar to FIFA Manager 2007 quality.Client will reduce cheating T. and pushing (multi accounts) as well.And 3D engine will will make the game outstanding.

2. Balance is very important in all aspects of the game

Club LVL 49 :
11 League titles, 3 Champions League Titles, 2 Cup Titles ,1 time World Champion with National Team, 1st in group clashes between managers event.

More additional ideas like rewarding champions with tokens and runner ups with rests and moral banks would be appreciated too,for example :
League champion - 20 T. ,Champions League champion - 20 T. , Super cup/Cup champion 15 T. .If double 40 T. , if triple 60 T.
Any League/Champions league/Super cup/Cup runner up - 15 rest and 15 moral banks reward.
As well 13th and 14th place in the league must be relegation places and rule to previous level.
As additional could be invented club staff market working with cash value or T.depend of the situation, that help team prosperity in different ways (different specialists for different club situations) .Team Influence Ranking depending of the team progress and performance during the seasons, working along with team and staff suitability.As well the special ability of any player should be free to set and must be available to develop along with his attributes without stopping his natural progress through the years .In this order of thoughts, speaking about associations (top 8 in league required to get the association reward) and the upcoming change of transfer rules (4th week negotiations only) it is going pretty difficult ,looks like crisis coming ,dear managers ...
About the game 3D engine ,you remember "Premier Manager: Ninety Nine" ? Couldn't it be invented some similar 3D match simulation with improved graphics and engine ? It's 2019 guys, Top Eleven must be 3D MMORPG with client !

Wouldn't be the same but if finally it's implemented the 50% of the update right? if to cut the account selling and the upselling for now, the players can just be sold 1 time, during the whole season via nego's, then in exchange of a availability of 1 week, add a double cap by setting a max. of 3 players that a club can obtain via nego's, maybe even increasing the T. part for the seller. -it's just a sketch for now-.
