After surprisingly defeating a 20% higher quality team in QF, I just lost the first semi game in CL by 4-3 to a team 20% lower than me. I won’t be able to attend the second leg, my players will be on their own to get through to the final. 1-0 is enough

Crucial day for both teams, with the Champions League Semi-Finals starting and the start of the run-in to the end of the League.

Desert Rats FC visited a +1 Level, +8%Q opponent in the Champions League, and came home with the spoils after a 2-1 victory. This afternoon, they met 2nd place in the League and went 0-3 down to their visitors, but despite an injury to their right-winger fought back to snatch a 3-3 draw, thus preserving their lead at the top, albeit trimmed to two points.





Nouvion FC started slowly in their morning home League match but eventually ran out 6-0 winners. Their Champions League match this afternoon was away against an evenly-matched team and they bossed the first hour, before the hosts banged in two goals in two minutes to restore parity. Despite both sides' efforts, the scoreboard wasn't further troubled so Nouvion take a draw and two away goals into the 2nd Leg in two days' time.
