Desert Rats FC are the ones celebrating today as they qualified for their second successive Champions League Final, before coming back down to earth with a third successive League draw. Nouvion FC were robbed at home in the 2nd Leg of their Champions League Semi-Final, but were winners in their League match.

Hoorah, Super League Finals. The team finally showed some commitment and resolve and bang in 4 goals in the 2nd leg to qualify for the finals. And yes, this time the manager made sure he was there to give some morale support.

Things still looking good in the league. As long as no trolls get in the way. The league title probability is high! I can allow 1 draw. No losses or its over.

Tough League season for Nebuchadnezzar as they drop out of the League race, having lost today's crucial game to a weaker team.
I can't really figure out what the game wants these days, maybe its time to take a break from T11.

Can't complain about a league and cup double, but who would have thought that my three top scorers would have all missed their penalties in the Champions League semi final? Lol.

What I wasn't ready for this season was my total apathy towards the game.

This has been without a doubt my worst ever season for supporting my own team - let alone anyone else.

And next season won't be much better - as the real world is making demands that are keeping me busy.

So, a massive, massive Thank You to all who supported Altiplano this season. Particularly to Nikolgiorgos and llmaesroll, hardcore, the pair of you!

With luck unemployment will rediscover me again by the summer and I'll be back to full time Top Eleven after next season. Lol.

One match each today, Desert Rats FC getting back to winning ways in the League, a tough match against an age-old opponent which could have gone either way and likely to be settled with a set-piece. Oliver Schenkel duly obliged, drilling home a free-kick in the 36th minute to settle the Rats in a three-way race for the title.





Nouvion FC unusually had an opposition manager in presence, not surprising as they were visiting 2nd place and this was the hosts last chance to cause an upset to Nouvion's march towards the League title. He set his team up well, but then had to watch it dismantled by the visitors' strike force... With their Cup win in the bag, and an unassailable lead in the League, the only thing to be settled now is which of the Nouvion wingers would finish top of the Golden Boot table.
