Guys, i don't understand and it frustrates me. Why do people in association lower their quality before a draw? Isnt the draw supposed to be quality average of team utilised during the week? There are players in my association who do this and i feel it is bloody sabotage as his team is so strong. Worse is he plays the weakest team and sometimes still fails to win. Is there something i am not aware of here? Does lowering quality actually help in anyway other then sabotaging your team mates? Anyway i left that association, Captain protects the long serving loyal guy who tries to manipulate and doesnt attend matches.

Lost 2 games in CL, currently 5th in the league (lost 1-4 at home against a slightly stronger oppo). The only competition I’m doing “fair” is Cup, which is also on thin ice as I face my oppo later today after winning first leg by just 3-2 last minute.
Had a similar start last season. Loss n draw to start and worked my way up and won league on last day. CL group stages i don't bother much, always play reserves cos i really dun mind playing super league. But you gotta scout the various groups and analyse the knockout stages. On rare occasions, you get other players targeting Super League as well n they might not be lousy n inactive. Dont lose heart :)Quote:

Good start so far 4 games and only 1 with alll wins in the league and still in the cup
I'm 10 wins out of 10 so far, negotiated that tricky Cup first round where it's always a sweat, ruins the season a bit getting KO'd then!

CL is going to be tricky once we finish group stage matchups. I don't know how but it looks like the Nordeus wants to make it difficult for me this season for CL. In the other group where i face the 2nd place. Their top spot is occupied by a team at least 20 percent lower in quality than the 2nd placed team. It is likely i will not win the CL this season and Super league looks worse this season. Potentially tougher than CL so no point attempting it.

I think this is their method help us 'minimise trolling'. An added advantage for all active players. As usual it is never free. Every change we ever ask for comes at a price. No matter what, Nordeus must gain the most. We want something, we have to pay for it. Flexing their muscles and showing us who is boss here lol

Yup i too train only reserves and will continue doing so except against tough opponents. Like if we have an inactive strong opponent. We can have another added advantage now. I doubt inactive players will bother. And against weak opponents, TPB will lower troll likelihood?Quote:

My friend won the League, Champions League, and Super cup in his second season and got the Triple crown achievement. I thought you had to win the League, Champions League, and Cup to get it?

Yup, i got a triple crown for League, Super League and Super Cup too. They should redo the entire achievements. Spending tokens till you are broke and spitting on others arent achievements. Dun make sense
1st L in league this season after straight 7 W. Had more possession (60/40), more total shots & shots on target than my opponent. Lead cut from 5pts to 2 now. Bummer

I feel you. But look on the bright side. The league is the most important as we get only one try per promotion and you are still in the running for it :) . CL next as we dun qualify if we tank and not win any other trophy. Cup can be accumulated the easiest through tanking. Not sure how you feel about tanking but cup is really the easiest to get over time. I know its not a consolation for a lost quadruple but you can still get a triple crown with League, CL and Super Cup.Quote:

BTW my Assisitant Manager, his GK wasn't the best player in the pitch. He wasn't even the best player in his own side - our two wingbacks were the candidates for the (non-existant) MoM award...
