thank you for your post july fourth. i intend to sign a new gk, rb, left winger and striker at the start of next season. im staying clear of the scout list for now as ive been pretty successful in the auctions. im probably only using about 4/5 tokens on average per signing, and i know what im looking for when going for players too. im hoping if i can keep saving those tokens i can progress quicker with building work in future seasons. but im still learning the game and its ways, so im remaining cautious for the next few seasons

tbh though gaining promotion is my main priority followed by champs league qualification. i may make signings before the season ends if im struggling to hold on to 4th. big game today is against the team in 5th, away. he goes back above me if he wins.

forget just aiming for "just promotion" (thats easy enough anyways) you want to be aiming for top 4 each and every season to be in the Champions League at the very least since it brings in the $ that you will need to make those good signings.

Another day at New Team's General Headquarters:

    *Opponent had 3N-2W

We proved again that 3N-2W behind ain't properly a counter for the narrow diamond. We had a massive lead throught all the match as we scored early with Becker's straight Poker which took us on 4-0 in thirty minutes (11',16',22',34'). Hutton made it five few minutes later (36') and let us be able to play with some formations in the second half. Their keeper proved pretty good as well as their weakest defender (weakest DCs alwais are best on field against star teams, seems) and despite 10+ actions we managed just two more goals with Hutton (63') and Lenders (83') assisted by the captain. Ofc we had our daily Troll with J.Romer injuring 6 days at minute 89'. We immediatly recovered him hoping it won't affect his amazing season.

    Scorers: T.Becker (4), O.Hutton (2), M.Lenders.
    MoM: T.Becker (9), New Team.
    Injuries: J.Romer, 6 days (Recovered)

With now a +14 points lead, this league can be considered over both in winner and qualified for the Level 6. To decide CL teams only.

thanks a lot for the reply... first of all the defender without aspecial ability quality number of (35) whilst the one with the special ability have (33)... and the opponent team is full of special abilities.. from keeper to striker. he has almost all the special abilities in his team.. and playing some odd formation... champions league quarter finals and he already played 2:2 with him on my home grounds. so i was thinking may be i should also get defenders with special abilities. sorry for the long speech tho.. so i take it the defence wall stops free kicks right.. what about Aerial defender...???

I have my share already in CUP and CL this season with teams one level below mine with a Q of 51-58. In CL the semifinal and the final will probably be VERY close supposing we make it that far.

    I signed 18 y/o defender as a free agent.

As many people said that today is the most boring day of the season, I decided to chill out by listening to some music, while playing Minecraft to seize my time waiting for today's match against a backmarker Real Madric FC.

Real Madric FC, playing on 4-2W-1-3, currently sitting on 13th place with 8 points in their hand. In the first leg, AEPRE FC stunned them 5-1 with 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond. The manager said "Today we are playing aganist backmarker, but we can't be too much because no one ever seen this kind of formation before. Because we beat them 5-1 in the 1st leg, we have decided to use the same formation as first leg."

At the same time, AEPRE FC have signed 3* player, 18 y/o into the team as a free agent signing. He will be in today's starting 11 as the manager really expects him to perform very great football skills today.

Looking oppositely, Gareth Bale who has never get any game time is looking forward to leave AEPRE FC, but the manager will at least give him a match time aganist the bottom-marker F.C. BARSELONA.

At the same time, AEPRE FC will be announcing that they will officially launch the official team newsletter, AEPRE FC Gazatte. It will be sold at club store for $3, very great for all kind of fans who want to follow the team news daily. It will be officially released tomorrow. For Top Eleven forum users, the gazette is available for free right here on "How are you doing?" thread starting from tomorrow. Daily at 19:30 or 20:30 GMT+7.

I've noticed that 2* and 3* GK + DR/DC/DL are probably the best performing players on the pitch in every game when facing a much stronger opposition (esp, 7* or 8* strikers)... It's like Charlton Athletic (Football League One) vs Man.Utd (Premier League) all day long ....

Charlton are currently in the Championship. They were recently promoted back from League One to the Championship, But I can remember when they finished 7th in the Premier League under Alan Curbishley.
