In the match you lost it was your mistake: you stood with a 3 man defence but you shoulda have gone 3W. Going 3N made his Amr/Aml totally free to play and keep pressuring your sides, while being pressured YOUR ams didnt get even a chanche to play on Q higher. The Balkan Boyz players celebrated after beating the Turkish opposition Fenerbahçe F.C with 1 - 5 in the 1th leg of the T11 CUP final-eight on "Kesapspor's Stadium" this evening. The Balkan Boyz striker Stevan Jovetić gave his team a early lead after 5 minutes, but Fenerbahçe equalized 10 minutes later after a freekick taken by Mark Breen. Hasan Salihamidžić scored just before the end of the half to 1-2. As the second half started, Fenerbahçe made 3 substitutions and continued putting pressure on the guests by playing more aggressive and tough. Something that resulted in a injury of the Balkan Boyz midfielder Safet Sušić who was forced to be carried from the pitch on a stretcher. But the Balkan Boyz showed courage and that they were not giving up this battle. Stevan Jovetić extended their lead to 1-3 after a assist by Edin Džeko and Ivica Olić made it to 1 - 4, before Edin Džeko finalized the score to 1 - 5 in the 78th minute. Fenerbahçe pushed for a goal the last quarter and had two scoring opportunities, but GK Asmir Begović made two stunning saves to keep Fenerbahçe out from getting any goal. This win puts Balkan Boyz into a good position before the return on Saturday as they host Fenerbahçe on "Balkan Boyz Stadium" at 23:21CET.
LEAGUE: Just as things were looking good for the Balkan boyz after their win against the Vietnamese "Tay Ninh FC" with 0 - 4 yesterday, todays surprisingly and unexpected loss against the 2nd team "Iztik Yan" with 0 - 2 complicated the situation furthermore. An early booking and red card for the DL/DC Senad Lulić, injury of Stevan Jovetić and a warning for Nemanja Vidić left the Balkan Boyz decimated with 9 players against 11, leaving the guest to score two goals and no chance for the Balkan Boyz to get back into the game. Manager -Ljepoje- was left frustrated over the inconsistencies in refereeing and said that his team was once again "penalized" as in the last season when the Balkan Boyz got Jovetić injured, Vidić sent off and Modrić warned. The Balkan Boyz fanClub "Teški Jebači" showed and expressed their disappointment and anger regarding the refereeing and started to throwing coins, a bottle of Jack Daniels and a pig head towards the referee, causing the players to be taken off the pitch for a couple of minutes. Manager -Ljepoje- managed to calm the fans and told them to express their support for the team instead. In a short post-game interview he said, "19,000 fans saw what was going on, once again we were penalized. The Balkan Boyz have two games tomorrow, the first game will be played against the French team "Olympique Barca" as the last and 6th round will be played in the CL groupstage. The Balkan Boyz have already secured a ticket to the final-eight and will end up as groupwinners in group F despite the outcome against "Olympique Barca". Their opposition could be the turkish team "TanerGS" or the english team "AFC Powerlifting" from group E. "TanerGS" are currently leading the group by 12 points, but a loss or draw could put "AFC Powerlifting" at 1th place if they manage to beat "Frank BHO FC" tomorrow.
The second game will be played 30minutes later, and Balkan Boyz will face "UTA ARAD" from Romania. Manager -Ljepoje- stated that this is a game that they need to win to keep Iztik Yan, Vanspor FC and FC Kula away and keep a 3points distance. Safet Sušić and Samir Handanović are both on the injury list and gone for 4 resp 5 days. Stipe Pletikosa and Adam Ljajić are expected to replace.

Yeah, let's hope so :) But I was pissed as fu*k. The thing was that he lost with 1-3 against FC Kula the day before, he used the same formation against FC Kula's typicall 4-1-4-1 formation. A team and formation whom I beat every time! And today "paff" he beats me, mostly thanks to the troolololo enginge and the illogical commentary. He managed to draw yesterday as well, and are now 2nd at 23p but with a better goaldifference than the 3rd placed team with the same amounts of points. A turkish team is leading his league with 28points. Don't know how he is doing in the CL, but according to the schedule he is winning with a +1 goal margin or two everytime. Been using a 4-4-2 Classic for some time and he has been getting 7's and 8's often in past seasons. Morale is high via boosters mainly. No bonus paid. Only thing that might cause it (but didn't happen before) is that he has two years left on his contract (others have mentioned before that there could be a link to ratings). We won but it wasn't easy. Against 2* defenders who played like 9* defenders... we didn't find a way through until the 38th minute when Pistov was put through on goal and passed to Nascimento for an easy goal. Also, he could be a nice weapon against our upcoming oppoisiton in the CUP, Orchard Utd who tend to play the same 4-2-2-2 formation as we do. This way I could use the DML+DMR to "block" his AML+AMR.
As you can see, I have been trying to think it through before purchasing him this morgning :)

We now know the identity of our last 16 CL opponents and that is a tough FC Seti side after LIVERPOON FT were able to win 3-1 earlier in their final group game, they have 105.3 quality. I watched the LIVERPOON FT game earlier and it looks like they are a dangerous counter attacking team. Also watched league rivals Takis earlier on escape with a 2-1 win with a 89th minute winner out of knowhere when it looked like it would end up as a draw so they are hanging on in the title race, Mehmet lost earlier on today which was totally unexpected, dersim are also emerging as contenders in the title race now as they also won 3-1 earlier and they just keep winning games but they still to play us twice. If we can win tonight away against Rocio we will go a point infront of Mehmet and 3 points infront of Takis and dersim. It's tight as anything now this.
A 6-0 against the 3rd in table keep us 9 points ahead in League. Hutton was severely put in hellish training for an extra Q point (52) and at his comeback he scored twice in the first half being subbed in the second, nonetheless being MoM. A glad comeback.

like us... our main challengers are about 3 quality behind us and always improving slightly, LIVERPOON FT, but they have won their group earlier and will be on the other side of the drawsheet to us and there is every chance I could play LIVERPOON FT in the final should we both get there but there are 3/4 other teams that could also win the competition and one of those teams is my Last 16 opponent FC Seti, BESIKTAS are a likely semi-finalist for us and Sami FC are a likely semi-finalist for LIVERPOON FT, crvena zvezda won group H as pretty much expected and Equimental SAD won group G which was 'the group of death'.Quote:

I accidently changed my cup match time from 18.00pm to 12 at night. Looks like I'm having a late game. Suits me, my opponent is Italian and they're an hour ahead so lets hope he's asleep at 1am. Maybe him and his 5 other accounts wont try and screw me over.

Good news for me: the group leader (4-0-1 atm) lost the last match, so I (3-1-1) 'only' need to win to get to rank1 in my group, which would be pretty important, because I would avoid a 36.6 team and play vs a 29.0 team (my team: 36.2)
will be quite hard though, because the leader has a 35.6 team and we are playing at his place. If he doesnt watch the game we have a good shot I think if he does it will be very hard, but doable with some luck^^
Either way, I'm in the KO stage and even vs the better team, its not like I cant win

A bit of a boring encounter that saw both teams waste plenty of chances each from corners, free-kicks and one-on-one's... But after a bright first 20 mins for the home side, July Fourth soon started getting into the game with Michu threatening to score a couple of times, we soon got the breakthrough from Papaleo with a run past the defence and slide it past the keeper, 5 minutes later and it was 2-0 from a Michu corner onto Ramirez to header it in... Weve been here before and threw a 2-0 lead like this earlier in the season but Rocio had enough chances to get something out the game during the second half, breaking our defence on at least 3 occasions setting up strikers to score but the couldn't finish it and we held on for an unconvincing win. We are now 1 point ahead in the league.
