Champions League Knock-Out Stage Draw
http://i41.tinypic.com/dyk6c3.png
The biggest surprise of the group stages was to see that "Sim 1" failed to even qualify for the last 16 despite having a favourable draw to reach at least the Quarter-Finals should of they progressed, not surprisingly though, the big 4 of the tournament I suggested: July Fourth, LIVERPOON FT, Sami FC and BESIKTAS all won their groups. Which means that all 4 teams will avoid playing against each other until the quarter-finals, the next best teams are Seti FC but they face July Fourth in the last 16 and Equimetal SAD who won the group of death will play the winner of Seti FC and July Fourth in the Quarter-Final. So favourites July Fourth have a more difficult route to the final than 2nd favourites LIVERPOON FT who really only have crena zvezda and Sami FC to contend with... but this is the knockout stage remember? Last season beta united were not given a chance at 50/1 at the last 16 draw and almost won the Champions League and went down 3-2 to a late L.McNamara winner from July Fourth.

Lol... 7* player for sale. I know I've bought tokens and power trained players quite regularily BUT I cannot afford to sell 7* players. For me it's keeps until the player declines to 5* and then sold at the start of a new season when downgraded back to 4*, for me this player is a useful reserve for a few seasons.
Today saw a great game from my team which must have been a nightmare for my opponent. He had a defensive setup (4-1-4-1), and my team in butterfly formation scored 3 goals in the first 10 minutes. He also got an injury, and him bringing two more strikers just made him more vulnerable leading to an effortless 5-0 win. My star striker shot 4 out of 5 goals, netting him another MoM and giving him a big lead in the top scorers list in the league (16 goals in 12 games, 2nd is 9 goals).
I wonder whats up with his team, he has nominally one of the stronger teams in the league, watches his games, uses counter formations and formation changes, and still loses a lot. Maybe he has a morale problem.
Next CL opponent doesnt look that tough, mostly 2 star players with a few 3 stars. Quarterfinal is always the most important one in CL since its usually the first tough opponent and semifinal is more cash than final (since the final is only one game).
I m not on your server sadly.whe on yours there are scout buyers, and power trainers, on mine 90% of good teams are Personal Trainers. No point on selling them as all they do is pick any 18 yo and use 900 T on him to reach 9*. Thats why my server s tl sucks. As you see allteams are below avg apart for those which surpasses Q50 at level 4 and Q 55-60 at lv5.
Wont spend more than 750T a season on this game. Without the offers you all seems to have i should buy the difference. So far since season s start in italy 20T raised on surveys and 2 videos for greens between ios and FB. Can t compete with this.
Yeah, that's true. It's from server to server, and some of use are disadvantage and some of us aren't. I have a friend on the "old" server who buys 5* 18yr olds for a token or two while I need to spend at least +25T for one. I've invested around 1000T (fr. lvl 4 - 5) so far and wont invest any more until next season (or after august when the summer has past by). Don't know if I'm gonna "tank" the following seasons from july - august. Will have to see.
I collect around 100T just from surveys every season + 50 - 100 boosters from videos through FB. But don't get a sh*t on my IOS or Android. But you could try to change browser (chrome, apple safari, firefox or Internet explorer) and see if it gets any better.

An update from our end again. The first was the final CL group game against Dolly FC where a win was expected. We won well enough, but at a cost.
Attachment 6835
Our league game today was against FC Porto, where a win was expected again, seeing as they were bottom of the league, had 5 losses on the bounce going into our game and played an illegal formation. While we won, it was still a pretty poor result.
Attachment 6836
Tomorrow's matches are both away games, the first against Andcis FC in the League, followed by Blood Elf United in the CL.
Balkan Boyz - Matchday 14 (Sz.5 - lvl5)
http://i47.tinypic.com/2vnfdpv.png
HEADLINE: Balkan Boyz reach T11 CUP quarter-finals!
CUP: Balkan Boyz (Q50,3) Formation: 3N-2W-2N-2W-1/4-2N-2W-2 >> 4 - 0 (AGG:9-1) << Fenerbahçe F.C (Q45,9) Formation: 4-5-1V/4-3-2-1/4-2N-2W-2
SCORERS: H.Salihamidžić (10min), S.Jovetić (27&38min) and I.Olić (36min.ass:Kolašinac)
SUBS: I.Olić < > L.Modrić D.Srna < > E.Džeko L.Cana < > A.Halilović
MOTM: Asmir Begović (rate:9)
The Balkan Boyz avoided any slip-ups against "Fenerbahçe F.C", finishing off the Turkish team with a 4-0 win Saturday at "Balkan Boyz Stadium",to seal a spot in the Champions League quarterfinals 9-1 on aggregate. Holding a 5-1 lead from the away leg, The Balkan Boyz started at their best and had a couple of goal opportunities the first 5 minutes. But it was Hasan Salihamdžić who lead the Balkan Boyz forward as his shoot in the 10th minute resulted in a goal and 1 - 0 was a fact. Stevan Jovetić extended the lead a couple of minutes later to 2 - 0, Ivica Olić to 3 - 0 after Sead Kolašinac outrunned the Fenerbahçe defenders and Stevan Jovetić made it to 4 - 0 before end of 1th half. The Turkish started to panic and made a couple of substitions in the 1th and 2nd half, switching their formation to a more attacking 4-3-2-1 formation and then to a 4-2N-2W-2 formation, going "all-in" and pushing forward. But nothing seemed to pass the Balkan Boyz defence.
Manager -Ljepoje- seemed satisfied with the performance of his team and in a short post-game interview he said,"Overall, I am very satisfied with the way we played and won the game. We played offensively attractive football and scored 4 goals before the 1th end half, and at the same time we managed to keep a clean sheet and didn´t concede a goal either. Our GK Asmir Begović did a splendid job and made some great saves as Fenerbahçe F.C pushed forward. Also our defenders performed exceptionally well defensively, Vidić,Lulić, Vranješ, Srna and Kolašinac did a great job as well! I think we should be satisfied with what we accomplished. I hope we can repeat the same game and performance against Orchard Utd in the quarter-finals next week".
In other news, Balkan Boyz managed to beat the Spanish team "At.Leones FC" with 7 - 0 after goals by Luka Modrić (x3), Ivica Olić (x1), Mario Mandžukić (x1) and Edin Džeko (x2). A game in which Ivica Olić was declared as MoM (rate:9) and Lorik Cana got injured. The win means that Balkan Boyz holds onto first place with 33 points and are 3points clear in front of the Israeli team "Iztik Yan" (30points) with FC Kula at a 3rd place (27points) and Vanspor FC at a 4th place (23points). Balkan Boyz will play the German team "FC Pest" tomorrow away at 21:48CET. But before the league game, Balkan Boyz are set to play the 1th leg in the CL final-eight against the English team "AFC Powerlifting" away. The kickoff is set at 19:15CET.

Breaking News - Results Just In...
Todays results with July Fourth beating erster FC Puma 2-0 today put us in 4 points in front before our rivals had to play this afternoon/evening, Firstly, FC Navoski beat Mehmet 2-1 and Mehmet lose their 4th game in the last 5 league games after starting 7-0-0. Next Takis unexpectedly drew 1-1 at home to JONCLAB who are struggling in 10th place and also Chelsea halted dersim's recent run of wins in the league. All these results mean that we remain 4 points in front after all of our rivals misfortune today.
"It's a good position to be in at the moment in the league but they are a lot of good teams in the league this season and we have to keep our concentration up to maintain our good form if we are to remain or extend our lead in the league. We play dersim away next who have been on good form lately and a bad result could throw the league back wide open again, but if we can win then we stay at least 4 points clear of our rivals in the league heading into the second half of the season."
Table:
July Fourth 8-4-0 +22 28
Mehmet 8-0-4 +11 24
Takis 7-2-3 +11 23
dersim 7-1-4 +3 22
Odds: July Fourth 1/5, Mehmet 8/1, Takis 8/1, dersim 33/1, others 33/1.
Gutted. Lost 1-2. The right winger I signed just to replace my right winger who was banned got injured in the first minute and then I had to my AML/ML on the right. Got the first goal and then they pulled it back to 1-1, obviously started bricking it at this stage as it would of been tough to overcome a 2 away goal score. He got the winner in the second half. Absolutely gutted.
Yeah, I did well to get as far as I did. I knew I would come up against the strongest team, I always do. xD
Atleast I've progressed further than the prelims.
I am absolutely gutted because I signed this winger called 'Theo Walcott' who coincidently turned out to be a goal scorer. Maybe if he didn't get injured in the first minute the result might of been different.
Onto the Champions League where I stand a chance haha. :D Thanks for your support :)
Will Tungsten finally break the spell of stupid draws against underdodgs?
http://i1313.photobucket.com/albums/...ps2d72e514.jpg
Please tell me they will.
We'll know the answer in just 20 minutes.
3rd place in my league just drew against a weak team, if I win against 2nd in the evening, I will be ahead by 11. Compared to 4th place, Im already ahead by 15, so my trophy room will most likely get a new addition this season. interestingly, there are 7(!) teams within 3 points of 4th place, this season might see an interesting fight for the CL/promotion places.
The league can be divided into 3 groups atm:
Im well ahead on top with 34 pts, 2nd and 3rd both got 26 points with 3rd already having finished his 13th game and 2nd being up against me today. Theyre both active with 4 star teams and decent formations, 3rd place even has a scout goalie. Still, my chances for winning the league are already pretty good and the likelyhood of staying in the top 3 for me until the end of the season should be around 99%.
Places 4-11 all have between 15 and 19 points, with many teams at 16 points. 10th is only zero points and 2 goals away from 7th, and 3 points and 10 goals (realisticall 4 points) from 4th. Some of this group actually have comparable teams to 2nd and 3rd (especially 8th who has got a higher average quality than 3rd) but must be lacking in other fields. 4th is playing very defensively 4-2dmc-3w-1 and has lots of draws. The last days of the season might see an intense fighting for the promotion/CL spots.
12-14 are inactive or clueless and are unlikely to get into promotion range.
The T11 CUP - Draws: The "Clash of the Titans", Balkan Boyz face Filipiniana/english Orchard Utd in the quarter-finals!
____________________***______________________
http://s24.postimg.org/u1z462bkl/CUPKVART.png
Sunday's draw was the biggest talking point of the day in the Club house, as Balkan Boyz were drawn against the Filipiniana/english "Orchard Utd" in the quarter-finals while their friends, -Dynamo SWAG- face "Nbm" from The United Arab Emirates. As the Balkan Boyz come in hot after a 9-1 aggregate victory over the Turkish opposition "Fenerbahçe F.C" in the quarterfinals, the draw couldn't have been tougher for Ljepoje's club as "Orchard Utd" is considered as the "Big Trojka" together with Dynamo SWAG and Balkan Boyz. All clubs are rated over +50Q.
Manager -Ljepoje- stated earlier that it will definitely be a very tough game in all aspects, but not a impossible task. "That's probably the toughest draw we could have got, and perhaps a little bit of unluck. It will definitely be a very tough game in all aspects, but not a impossible task".
The two teams have played each other two times before, in the T1 CUP semi-finals last season. Orchard Utd won the 1th leg with 3 - 4 after Daniel Harding’s goal in stoppage time, ending the Balkan Boyz dreams and was left empty-handed and therefore eliminated. This season, Balkan Boyz are desperate for revenge against Orchard Utd!
Manager -Ljepoje- said earlier today that they "are seriously preparing for a very difficult game against Orchard Utd",since they tend to play similiar and pretty attractive football". -Ljepoje- continued, "It is important for both teams, whenever you play for progression to a semi-final it’s a crucial one for both teams. All these games are intense, hard and sometimes tend to end with unexpected results”. But he added,“all I ask from my players is that they give 100% out there on the pitch. We have plenty of respect for them, as we do for any other team. Respect – but not fear. We know it’ll be a difficult game, but we aren’t afraid".
The first leg of the quarter-final will take place at the "YNWA" stadium Monday at 16:39CET, with the second leg at "Balkan Boyz Stadium" scheduled for Wednesday at 23:43CET. If Balkan Boyz makes it past Orchard Utd, they will be playing the semi-finals against the winner between Always United (England/UK) and FC Köln (Italy). Other intresting games are: Dynamo SWAG (Swiss) vs NBm (United Arab Emirates) and RSCA Anderlecht (Belgium) vs Ryet FC (Sweden).

I use 4 1 4 1, what do you think ? @July Fourth , @Ljepoje :) ?
I think any V or butterfly formation could work (exploit his flanks). He has no DL+DR, and will probably play "through the middle". Also a simple 3-5-2 (flat) could do the trick. Don’t use any formation with AMC since he is playing with 2x DMC’s. I would go with 2 strikers instead of one (4-1-4-1).
Last matchday of first row:
http://i43.tinypic.com/2ynl6pz.jpg
We fought the 4th in the table having no mercy for them and fairly playing like vs the second yesterday. The start was pretty boring as all our shoots went wide, and we were already getting warmed up to dodge the incoming bullet, but it wasn't the case. Despite the possession our 4-1-2-1-2 disnt find enough spaces to hurt their 4-1-3W-1-1, so after just 30 minutes coach mad called back Shirou (DR) for Stein (ML/AML) setting up a 3-1-4-2 who kept focusing through the middle. With the wingers keeping the sides at bay, Ross found immediatly the right assist for Schneider and we got the lead (36'). In the second half we were clearly unblocked as we managed to bury them alive first with two goals from Becker (55', 60'), then with Hutton scoring his now usual Hat Trick (69', 83', 90').
MoM: O.Hutton (9), New Team.

LEAGUE ROUND 13
dersim fc 1-2 July Fourth
dersim fc 103.8 4-4-2 - July Fourth 111.9 3N-1-2-1-3 Wide Diamond, 3N-1-3W-3 after 16 minutes.
I am mightly relieved to win this game, I left my team all muddled up from last nights friendlies I trained for boosters and had all 4 strikers on the starting line-up and both GK, so when I entered the game I immediately used 2 substitutes and reduced the number of players playing OOP from 4 to just 1 with Zidane playing MC... lol... to make things tougher the opposition manager was also present to sense a good opportunity to beat us, fortunately us playing an attacking formation against the 4-4-2 classic allowed us plenty of opportunities for us to score... Papaleo put us infront on 33 minutes with a stunning strike from just inside the area and we made it 2-0 with Hardy's top corner shot was unstoppable by the keeper, the home manager made a couple of changes and most like set to attacking mentality where I didn't have much option and replaced Zidane with a natural MC Kareski... The game of course turned towards the home side and pressed for goals, they got a goal on 70 minutes following a run from Yaga and beat Seaman, they also had one of those 'double corner' situations and the second corner thankfully went over the bar for a goal kick, we were obviously fearing the worst because the double corner often results in a goal, Crawford at the end ran forward to shot over the bar to close off the game and to waste valuable seconds.
Goals: Papaleo (33) Hardy (41) Yaga (70) MOTM: Papaleo.
We now wait for the Takis result to come in this evening and anything less than a Takis win will mean we will hold a 7 point lead in the league after Mehmet lost 4-0 this afternoon and it looks like Mehmet now have collapsed after their superb start of the season.
I have now beaten all teams in my league. 13/13 - 12pts clear at the top [just beat the team in 2nd 3-0 away today] with +51 goal Dif

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE LAST 16, 1ST LEG
FC Seti 1-6 July Fourth
FC Seti 106.1 4-1-4-1 until 16 mins 4-1-3-1-1, July Fourth 111.9 3N-1-3W-1-2 1st half, 4N-3W-1-2 2nd half
July Fourth were clearly up for this tough last 16 tie in the Champions League this evening and we got off to a flyer from a free-kick from Hardy in the 2nd minute... This was actually the FIRST direct free-kick we actually scored this season and it could not of came at a better time. However, as expected FC Seti were tipped as outsiders for the competition and managed to get a quick equaliser on 8 minutes when Britez thread it through to Ansell to smash it past Seaman. Ingram-Hughes got injured on 14 minutes for FC Seti and that allowed July Fourth to take full advantage when Papaleo got through on goal beating a few defenders and laid it off for L.McNamara to get us back infront. July Fourth continued to edge the first half as they defended well to maintain a 2-1 lead @ HT with Hardy getting injured before HT, we brought on a defender since we led 2-1 with away goals and would be happy to see the game out BUT we brought the bulldozers in for the second half... Papaleo made a run through to be 1v1 against the keeper and gave the keeper no chance by chipping over him, then Miku scored from 25 meters midway through the second half, then Kareski got a rare shot on target that made it 5-1 and the was time for one more with the managers patience with O'Sullivan who has had a poor season so far was rewarded after he scored from the edge of the area, It was quite suprising to see July Fourth raise their game somewhat in the second half to kill off the tie and just about certainly qualify for the quarter-finals between Galatasaray SK and Equimetal SAD.
Goals: Hardy (2) Ansell (8) L.McNamara (15) Papaleo (50) Miku (66) Kareski (68) O'Sullivan (79) MOTM: Miku.
Injury Report: Hardy out for 4 days.
Late News.
Saturday. Day 14.
LEAGUE: Match 12 LONDON CITY (73.1) v LESTYNS LEGENDS (63.4)
Result: LONDON 3-1 LEGENDS
Goals: Robins 2, Andersson 43, Andersson 50, Arsic 76
M.o.M: Percy Robins
An uninspiring win still gave us the three important points to keep the pressure on the leaders. An Andreas Costa corner led to our opening goal from Percy Robins. It took until just before the break before Stig Andersson added a second. Five minutes after the restart, Andersson fired our 3rd from a free-kick. Vladan Arsic got a late consolation for Legends, but the game then became a dull affair.
OTHER LEAGUE RESULTS:
Alcudia 1-0 Tongfang, Yakuza 1-3 Real, Jeleznik 9-0 Phetchana, Shileno 1-2 Minh, Lalas 5-0 Danis, Kukula 2-0 Olympiakos.
TEAM TALK.
As we reach the halfway mark of the season, we stand second just one point adrift of Minh City. Tomorrow we play away to todays big winners, FC Jeleznik.
Halfway Table.
