Auction...how is it possible????

Hi,
today I make an offer on auction for the following player:



I lost the action, but for curiosity I loooked who won the auction..I'm at level 37, this manager is at level 17

How is it possible he can buy this player that for me was at 98%?
Then I have look the new player in his team and there is the result, he is at 1%.




Can someone explain to me???

The % is relative to the level. remember that a 5* is = -20% in the teams of -1 level than you, as when u promote, the distance in avq for each star, increases 5AvQ points, so 20%.

He is 20 levels lower than you, so thats -400% or -100avq points that are needed in his level for a 5*
