How do managers have a B team full of {18 year olds} with ratings of {4%}

When we get promoted to a higher tier league, it is 20 quality stronger. So our players lose 20 quality. Compound that over a few seasons and you have 1 percent players who actually have a negative rating. Do have a read at the tutorials and guides section of the forum.
