When we get promoted to a higher tier league, it is 20 quality stronger. So our players lose 20 quality. Compound that over a few seasons and you have 1 percent players who actually have a negative rating. Do have a read at the tutorials and guides section of the forum.

Oh ya 18 years old. Then mate, I believe you are looking at teams below your level? Fresh out of academy and teams that are 1 to 4 levels below you? 24 percent to a team 1 level below you is 4 percent to you. Or 64 percent 3 levels below you is also 4 percent to you.

What do you mean with B team? since nego's aren't available till last week.... actually isn't posible for a manager to do a offer for a 18 aged of lower level which have low %s due the level differance.....

If they are 18 years that means he bought them this season, so they must be auction players (more than 40%) or academy players (more than 20%).
