RULES:

Format
We play in a format with a Group Stage that have a single match vs each oppo. Next rounds will be played in a double round playoff including the finale as we did in the previous 3 continental comps.

Starting 11 AvQ and Substitutions
The Starting AvQ this time will be 104,9% as Max. with the 9* not available and min AvQ in the starting 11 of 50%.

Subs during the match are allowed from 1% till 104,9% , Max. 3 subs, one in 1st Half from minute 30'+ and the other 2, (or the 3 if subs aren't used in 1st half) in the secont half.
This rule can be broken only if theres a injury before the minute 30' if a manager have, 1,2,3 injuries in that period.
If a sub' is used before the 30' due injury then this means that u reached the Max. allowed in 1st half and you can not do a second substitution unless you have a new player that needs to be replaced due injury.

TIE-BREAK RULES


PRIZE
Winner will have 30T and runner-up 15T as reward.
Top 4 Nations/Flags will be invited to a 5th Tournament that will be a World Cup.

Yep, Australia is already in QFs as a 2nd inside group C, after the 2 wins, Turkmenistan-Malaysia will fight for the 1st and 3rd Group places.
