Not enough players

Can someone tell me how on earth is this possible. I had a league match today, which I won 3-0, because the opponent didn't have enough eligible players. He is tanking so it is obvious that he wanted to lose, but how did he not have enough eligible players, when he have a full 28 players in his squad. No red cards, no injuries, nothing. Clearly a new way (for me) to cheat the game, so I want to know about it

Sure that he have 28 players?... all elegible?.... strange unless is a server issue...

This happening to some teams, some kind of permanent bug.
I have one team that staying season with this "bug", but it's not cheat.
I loose (do not play) with this score from all the teams of my League.
Neutral like Switzerland

Maybe it is a measure by Nordeus instead of a bug - giving 3-0 wins to everyone that faces a tanking team so that tanking teams do not disrupt the League.

This is because some of his team players had less than 10% condition

Wrong, you can't train if players have less 30% condition, but you can play even if they have 0%. It should be a bug.

No this happened to me before, I didn’t train my players, I played about 4 friendlies in that day and my team was down to 10%. And their team won 3-0 because my team was tired
