I think so as well, this does not come up on mine, I like the idea because then you know when you can watch them again.

I had new shop on second account. This clock bug happened to my main account probably because I was playing on my laptop bluestacks and laptop went to sleep mode, so when I turn it on I saw that clock. I dont have that clock anymore.
