Ok a friend has a youth player trained up to 118% and this one has a great market value. Not that Nordeus has implemented a formula where players you invest a lot in have better market value and are FT? This one also was 6T striker.
We need more examples please.

yeah, no fast trainers. i've been playing using only academy players for 4 years now, but seems like that little adventure is dead.

I believe they will be like the recommended, 1st or 2nd class fast trainers. Never had a recommended slow.

I just tried my academy GK, he is very slow and shall be sold today.

He is 60% and I was expecting 1 skill point for spec on 15-16 very easy drills. But he get 1 skill on every 18-19 very easy drills, which means he is far away from being a fast trainer.

Academy ST is worst type of player, he gets 1 skill point on every 22 very easy drills, which is bad even for 5* player.

They destroyed academy school as I thought they shall. No reactions from admins, mods can't do nothing about this and we have to deal with this. Well, I could say goodbay to forum one more time, cause no one is listining my opinion.

I ve said it before, i was much more satisified with 2 academy players every 12 days because usually the token one was a FT, now you have to pay 40-50T and boosters to have a similar quality graduate.
I ve had 3 academy players, 2 free and one that costed me 3T, the one that i paid has the lowest value.
Why am i not surprised? I told people to not hype up with the philosophy " higher the cost" higher the odds he is a FT
I know this company for too long to know they don t want dedicated managers to thrive cause we still fund them with the ads we watch, they are all about the square minded people who would spent that many tokens on a incertity

Another slow trainer (DR). 1 skill on 19 very easy drills (F19). That would be excelent for 5* player, but for 4* player is disaster.

Same experience all of them are slow trainers. Frustrated while training with them and end up with selling 2. Really company is getting greedy season by season.

From the feedback, it is certain that those free or few T youths are slow trainers.

How about those youths who cost some 100+ tokens to get them to over 100%+? (ie. with head coach or intensity training) Those should be fast trainers, right?

And for free youths, they were always slow trainers back in the old academy as well, so that shouldn’t be a surprise (the only shock was that some of us paid 2T up to 6T for a higher value youth and expect a FT. That is not going to happen really)

Really don’t understand some people in this forum, they want things for nothing. A way to get cheap mutant players, with no effort in creating a squad use real skills or knowledge.
What people forget it’s the same for everyone, they have remove some of the glitches people was using to manipulate players and matches just to win. Keep it up nordeus, bring the game back to honest tactics and real formations.
