This isnt that much of an upset, no offence but your teams not that much better than his and you cant see how he countered you? Did you play with attacking mentality? looks very much how razz has seen it.

4-1-4-1 is almost the same as 4-5-1 V except you have two advanced midfielders. His formation is more defensive and pretty-well much counters your formation.
