It is just too expensive, another thing not balanced. The idea is really cool, but then again I can buy a 4 star player 18 yo in auctions for a few token, why would I buy a local coach for 15T and 25 greens if I can't even train the player properly?

Really sad, I hope they make it cheaper and therefore more worth it.

Yes I still think powertraining is the best and cheapest way to get good players.
But if you are short on greens and want a new player, who can play a few seasons without investing too much, I think this can be a solid option and it should be better than scouts.

I agree with you that this is a better way to obtain players than scouts or the 3000 tokens costing personal trainer. But then again, Who in reality buys scouts or uses the personal trainer? I dont know, maybe some ppl actually buys scout players? What do you think?

My advice is try to jump finishing to be the highest skill of him.

I know people who buy scout teams every season or every 2 seasons, I had some of them as opponents.

Now the player below I just made this morning with 100 greens. He is the last player I got from the old youth system. So the total cost of him is 14 tokens and 100 greens.

How can you justify the New academys prize if you compare?

At least this player is a lot cheaper and his skills are the way I trained them. Not the Nordeus way of getting grey skills as high as the white skills.
