I've asked this internally, at some point it's true, the 1on1 animation shouldn't be for PKs... as far as I know and shouldn't jump as active SA for Pk rounds... just let's wait to clarify.

Actually, my point was relevant. That SA make no difference in penalty shootouts because penalties are in my opinion, a lottery and pre-determined regardless of whose SA was flashing.
