Could it be that since you are at a high level, there are not many teams that have as high of a level as you do well done on your dedication to the game, that could be the reason, you said there are only five servers on level 87, so that is how I have come to my conclusion.

You mean 5 leagues, but that is still coincidence. There are 32 teams in Cup (15 opponents in this phase) and 13 others teams in league. And it is not only on top level. Wish I could know how they do league/cup/cl drawing, than I could discuus more about it.

So probability is 1/15 * 1/13 = 0.005
