and for the vast majority of them TE is ftp
and there are some bugs almost every season
and there are so many reports not about technical things or issues but some rules of the game (like , why my team lost a star, why I finished 3rd in CL groups, ...)

It would be okay if they had replied within 2 days as they promised through automated reply but they did not. It may cost us 100 tokens if we get relegated.

Also the captain must be a reliable person. If he is about to leave the game, must pass the captainship to another member.

He had linked his account to Gmail too but whenever he tries to login to his account, another unknown account opens up. That for sure is not his or our fault.
He had no intention to leave game. He tried to get help but got no response from support team. Means he was forced to quit.
