Just explained it on top of your post 😏, but to summarise it for you - one manager, two teams under him in the same league, and when playing against himself using weakest players, winning 7-0 and 9-0, whilst using the best line-up when playing other managers in the league. Hence having an advantage of sure 6 points in comparison with other managers.
To simplify it even more it's like Chelsea having the Chelsea Reserves team in the Premier League...
