Not only phone, phone is ok for me, but the facebook thingy wants me to scan my identification to give them. There's a time aeons ago whereby facebook is begging for users. Now it wants our identification card scanned to them, next they probably want to know where your grandmother lives.

I've never come across this. Why would facebook need you to send them a photo?
They're not like a passport agency or anything, it's just a social media website lol.

As others have said, just get a Gmail account - they're free.

Maybe someone tell Zuckerberg that the younger ones are already more into Instagram and others, Facebook no longer a must have.

The older ones such as me, hardly used Facebook except logins to games. If can't login to games, not much use for me anymore.

Not really, they asked for a photo of me and i gave a photo of a younger me lol, they unlocked my account.

Also that google login is pointless in my opinion if you can t make the switch from facebook to it.
