Yeah actually it's in the shop, but this was one of the mods items and have a own story, that's why it it so special.

The last emblem too was added by a mistake to the store and now is there permanently, too was initially a unique item for forum moderators.

But the 3 first items are the most exclusive, only 4, 6, and 11 available of them in the whole game.
