Before you start going on with our results, which are fairly won with our asso against another 2 asso in 2 rounds like everyone else, you may need to check the definition of ‘subs’ and ‘reserves’. None of our 6 teams in our asso had put any of the 1* players onto the bench as our sub (Note: subs can only be made when on the 7-men bench, not within the max 10-men reserves).
To complete special sponsor tasks of changing role and SA every season, it is more than reasonable to keep a minimum of 6 reserve players to train on mandatory positions that the task will require (namely DC, DMC, MC, AMC & ST, if you do not know), plus another one on SA with all ideally on 49/50 to be ready when task requires completion. Is it unreasonable to both keep another 2x reserve players to be on the backup of 2 of the 5 roles on 49/50 when they get too old to train for a full 50/50 before the start of next season and for a resource-efficient manager to spend 8x 1T to possibly cover 10 seasons of role & SA tasks (instead of 2T per season plus greens to complete part of x/50)?
Let me know a more resource-efficient way in both T and money to do that 2 tasks, and I will gladly listen to your suggestion.
