Actually it's not random. 90% of managers are getting penalty or corner ability what they don't want.

The probabilities may be different for it still being random.
But may be it is just fixed during the season, so you can use the experience from other accounts to test it and decide where to apply...?

In the latter case we can post it in this thread, what position it was applied for and what we got.
