Do playstyles have any effect?

There is no need of playatyles, tactics and other thighs when you have such players. I wonder how much effort and resources you should invest to get these kind of mutants? Because i play different kind of game where at the end of season few players maybe get 7 stars but thats all .
Regarding of these playstyles : what kind of effect they even give to your player? You can increase that like 4 times but what it give? More frequent pop up?

These are not mutants. About 900 greens in total, you need too wait a couple of seasons to have their greens decreased though.

Mind you, they have to be either Excellent or World Class trainers to be trained with these amounts…
