I understand what you say: "Players quality should be average value of white skills". And that is how it is in matches, but not in player quality or team quality what makes problems to teams same quality without those MUTANT PLAYERS. You get that opponents in league (Cup, CL, asso) and they are same quality like your team, but actually not. Nordeus is not going to change anything, because those managers spends alot of time watching videos in game and MONEY, have a lot of their seconds teams for UPSELL.

We can only ask from Nordeus to make game more REALISTIC and make that GK Igor Akinfeev must to have SPEED and REFLEXES only 20% diferences (it is not realistic to have speed -100% and reflexes 269% which is more than 300% diferences, probably more). They have to REDO the trainings overal, or somehow make it more SIMPLE.
