I think that the old transfer window where you have players change for 2 hours was the best and back then the player can bid the manager from the same level or +/- 1 level I think it was. back then you can get a decent player for 4-5 tokens and now what happens? 18/119 years player can be bought on the transfer for 40/50 tokens? The game is about money and nothing else.

Really it depends on the quantity of tokens you have, a palyer with good managment skills can easily have 5-6K tokens on their accounts, ussually players looking for young 3* players with playstyle ate from ultimate division, there you can get around 40 tokens for each association round so 160 tokens per season, so you can loose your head at least twice a season
