Hey guys, my asso SLOBODA (#3D2TNT) needs managers 84-104% most 114% (until end of season). If you have time to play for the weekend you are welcome. We are diamond for this season, and if we stay diamond it is OK. Best multiplayer. Bonuses 40%, unless it is too early then you dont have to watch games or if you are too bussy, this is just a game. You can play with your second, third account, I dont mind, cause I dont play my first account just because really bad multiplayer (I am stuck on highest level, so my multiplayer is ZERO, but I play my other account). learned to think twice while buying spec sponsor, every season hate more and more that effort and trainings meen less and less bcs of balancing matches, every penalty shootout lost the way oponent goalie catch shoots from my players(that is so ridicolous) while they hit all, also learned that not worth to get skills for players since st with 1on1 skill miss 99 of 100 counters, free kicker with skill miss 95 of 100 while no skill player score 75 % and so and so,
Need to replace my aml and st but nothing worth on scout while getting ridicolous expensive players on daily offer. Barely manage to stay in asso gold 1 bcs every tournament in first round face x4 and 8 star teams, and if i get again in league 6 oponents that get 3+ trophies last season will seriously consider future playing, not say to me that stupid reasons bcs in cup superleague or champion league is 50 teams that is + - 10% of mine strength, and those reducing % placing weak players on start of season to get easier oponents is greatest BS in my eyes close to cheat

Sorry for late reply.
Playing vs a 1% team allow you to oversize the internal programming, so you can see who may have a tendency, to be injured etc
I need the ratings of your players but you can check it out by yourself to see how many 9-10's do you have, and the GK rating too to know if he's worth.

By testing the team like this, with your lower % player at a distance of +180% from the opponent team, what you do is to place all your players at the max. distance that the simulator can reach, so if you use a 40% and a 180% player, both are 9* for the engine because of this, so you can expose the internal programming and know who's worth to train.
VS the 1% team you seems to have a team that have the contributive power so spread, so maybe you dont have a main key player and the matches are resolved by different players each time because of that, then, if your GK had a 6-7 vs the 1% team you can fire him.

If you want a team making the difference vs your rivals you need to invest in well programmed players because the visual skills will not change the internal roles that the engine assign by , with its limitations, animations linked, etc

If you can go to the friendly report and share the ratings that each player had, and too in the team screen you can see the 5 last ratings of each player so, there you can see the tendency and the amount of matches in a row that a player can perform well.
You need players with the potential to reach at least x2 9's or 10-10 before the drop. Remember that this is a game with a behaviour, ruled by the programming, so all is about numbers by default, and then the engine transform the parameters in animations.

@Khris i apologize for my outbursts, im a hothead when it comes to football, i need to keep my emotions in check. I know this game is too complex, maybe i will never truly grasp it, i just wish things weren’t so random and unrealistic in this game and it was more fair.

some other stats from today’s league game (opposing GK had a blinder, 8.1 rating, 6 star) i was already setting my self up for late disappointment as usual, and another friendly against 1% team (9 levels below me)

Certainly you have a problem... the fact that you have no players capable to reach x2 max. ratings (9-10 it is the same, max rating is 9 or 10 equally...) indicates that you have no key players... and the bunch of 7's which is a excess tell you that there is a lack of good programming on your players.
The 7'6 of the GK vs a 1% tell you that he's part of the problem and this Meneses is stealing animations in the attack line...

Interesting case btw looking at the formation you are using.

i did not expect this kind of reply, im baffled by the complex mechanics of this game, but i can’t say im surprised, the many strange occurrences i witnessed since i started playing T11 are a testament to that. unfortunately i dont have the time or patience to do what you suggested, time to call it quits on this game, it was good while it lasted. so basically i had to win this game in order to keep the pressure on my rival who was ahead of me by 6, lately both of us have been winning our respective games, we are going to face each other in matchday 25 in what could have been a title decider, but as usual this crap game conjures up some kind of bs to derail my season. today this happened in a must win game, opposing GK turned in to superman, im ****ing done with this rigged game, just hand over the title to my rival already, its pointless to keep fighting. i also reached the final of CL but my opponent is full of mutants, its obvious who is going to win. For the 3rd consecutive season this rigged game engine has deliberately screwed me over in the league and denied me a league title. when i was ahead in previous seasons you made me drop points to help my rivals close the gap, but when it's the other way around you help them. fkng bastards

Just lost the CL final as expected, and to a late winner in 88min when it was 1-1 and my player had just missed a big chance, f*ck this game and f*ck all mutant players. Piss off Nordeus

You are not the only one. Nordeus devs. i am very sure of that you don’t know what you’re doing since 3d view update of this game. This is a well-known fact that the game simulation engine is not working properly and causing unhealthy results despite having very good players who have high key attributes and master play style level. And yet you continue spending your time on cosmetic changes and pay to win additions (boost lab, player academy and such b.s things you released.) We've seen rebound balls after months and there are a lot of bugs and missing 3d view animation and updates which should have been implemented and ported straight away. All my matches against Goalie saves 9 or more. This is a good point where you shall start fixing your b.s engine.

Look at the example; the player on left is dominated my local league. I put comparison table on the right side with similar role in my squad. Can you tell me which player should perform better? How on earth if a rewarded player from the last event gets many constant 9-10 ratings with avarage skills and has no play styles. Vice versa, my well trained players are struggling to contribute game and staying in 6-7 ratings?

Only such players like Lewandowski, Mbappe or Haaland are able to perform best on the pitch and score most of the goals. Because Major players always have very high key skills ( i.e 200% and higher passing, dribbling, shooting, finishing, creativity etc) A player with all around 100s skills cannot be MOTM easily. It's very hard to understand why you insisting not to accept that reality. This is how it should be expected in real football and also in a great football manager game.

Today this problem cost me a league title. I was leading from day1. Lost it on day28. I hope you are very happy.

I also hear some elit managers had recently deleted the game and quit. If i cannot see a good thing in TE23. I will start searching alternative games that i can show my manager skills.

this game is a joke, too many weird things going on, i look at your player and the opposing player, unbelievable that you got outscored, i have no words for this. Sorry that you lost the league title too mate. I ended up losing my league title by 2 points, i won against my rival in his house 3-1 on matchday 25, but the damage was already done before, i could have won this title if not for the game engine screwing me over more than once, i feel gutted.

I’m sure you will agree with that we cannot win all matches, titles. I think it's very normal, but the problem is that could be given a successful teams or managers an 80% chance of reasonable results , 20% chance of bad results/surprises according to team squad's capability against the rivals. But somehow this is now divided by %50 successful result, 50% bad result( normal result chance could be worse against club owners of huge token&offer customers.) It's just like a playing gamble. No experience, know-how are needed at all. I am very sad for their free to play game gradually turned into pay to win. there's getting less room day by day to stay here for the free players (remember how they ruined with boosters, player academy). I feel like limited and prevented to show my extra ordinary team management skills over that poor managers who are easily allowed to pass top managers with real money investment.

I hope the game directors will see this and expand their aspect into real football mentality.

my main issue with this game is the stupid programed random results that ruin your season, the game engine just decides your fate and there is nothing you can do about it, the GKs playing superhuman against you and making your elite attackers look useless, the ridiculous counter attacks, now every freekick goes over the wall, defensive wall is useless, etc... too many unrealistic things that make this game unlikable.

Time to open the new seasonal thread and have success in the upcoming season 162 :cool:
