Hi Khris,
I do not doubt you pass things on to Nordeus, they are just terrible in applying changes and the replies in the help feature is hopeless. There have been common faults experienced by managers over a period of years and no action has been taken to remedy them. If they applied as much time to rectifying faults, as they do on adverts and taking money the game would grow, and managers would be happy, or happier.
