Monster GK bug. Subbing your GK not helping to react oppo. GK in bad way imo. Only you can do is, be sure of your key/resolver attackers who are randomly assigned to next match on the pitch by the engine.

So does is there anything you can do to stop this or does subbing your own keeper not even work? Is there anywhere I can read more about this?

It was a option to re-direct the scenario and turn the balance, right now since the playstyles were introduced, the GKs won a excess of powers so I'm not sure if the situation right now have no solution at all because of this excess of power given to the GKs... if subbing your GK doesn't work, you need to do a hard change in your attacking list of players - thelist of selected players for attack animations that include STs/AM-L/R/C and MCs + DL DR-

Think that to spot the right mentality and the option of focuss passing, and the right players combination + a posible sub that may resolve the scenario, you have to track the possession bar.

Possession bar is the main source to read the match situation, then the 2nd source is the % of shooting effectivity.
