    I paid the tokens, the payment went through, I did not receive the tokens.

    I sent you all the documents - just excuses. I only want my money or the tokens I wanted to buy.

    Money is lost. I bought tokens through the Microsoft application. Microsoft does not communicate at all, Nordeus says that he did not receive the money. A vicious circle and I, as a customer, Do not have €50. What should I do?
