Nope, streak just disappeared.
Yet another bug: the new reward of 5 greens actually adds only 3 to your account.
I used the ‘contact us’ form as the message link within the game as disappeared. Anyway, no reply to my question about not receiving the final reward in the Daily Streak event. I often wonder how many issues there are in Topleleven as every game update states improvements have been made - I have yet to note one consistent improvement - training keeps changing, videos (if you get them) freeze, the game locks up during games, the rewards keep changing - not for the better. Therefore, I don’t see what has improved unless that is their profitability, even that is questionable, as players are ditching the game.
Looks like someone has found the destruction button within Nordeus and is playing with it.

It is one thing forgetting to claim a reward and a totally different situation when you were not given the opportunity to collect it.
I did all 7 days too and never got the bonus reward
Daily streak is already gone on the website.....
What is that I thought it was Every Day?
I am sure there are others out there that completed the 7 days and never received the final reward. The event was good enough (something for basically nothing), but when things don’t go to plan it is always the managers fault NEVER Nordeus. I wrote to Khris and he raised the missing reward with the admins.
The Nordeus response, it was my fault for not claiming the reward - it didn’t register with them that the final reward remained greyed out, therefore, it couldn’t be claimed!
I just hope people realize how incompetent nordeus is and stop giving them money. Why anyone would put money in a game full of bugs and other issues is beyond me.
ONCE AGAIN! I completed the 7 days of the Daily Streak event and the final reward cannot be claimed, it remains greyed out.
I did write to Support (as I did last season - I am still awaiting a reply), I expect the same non-answer as Support always give.
I also did all 7 days bonus stayed locked and then just disapeared that is now 5 times i completed it n never got the bonus
The final reward is 50 special sponsor points and I thought I hadn't received it also - but when I added up the points that I had already won, I had 50 more than I should have had. I wasn't notified I had the reward, but I had actually received it.
Hi Liam, you are lucky being in receipt of the points - I got cheated out of it last season and this season too. I wrote to Support and haven’t received a reply.
Hi Ianruk, My situation isn’t as bad as yours - just lost out on the 50pts twice (their fault - not mine). I just say, why run events if they cannot control them or admit they fu**ed up when it goes wrong.

Firstly, sorry to hear about the issue with the claiming of the final Daily Streak reward.
We noticed that some of the Managers who completed this season´s Daily Streak and claimed all 7 rewards didn't manage to claim the final reward.
We have sent a one-off compensation to all Managers who fulfilled the requirements but didn't get to claim the final reward with 50 Special Sponsor points. The reward will be claimable through the Shop - Offers section in the next few days. Please note that this reward is added directly to your Special Sponsor milestone progress, so make sure to keep track of your points tally.
I appreciate your reports and feedback on the topic - it has been passed along to the team who is looking into it further for future optimizations.

And what about last season when the same issue arose and Nordeus blamed the managers for not claiming the reward? We should be compensated for the lost 50 points from that too. Also, I wrote to Support and never received a reply - why?

People have been complaining about video ads not being available, something where they can actually make money, and they don't seem to care at all, so don't expect an issue like this to be fixed soon. 1 star app.
yes if there was a zero-star App this one would be it. It's too bad because the game itself would be good if it was run by competent, fair, honest, and not greedy people. What I cannot understand it, that they use Mourinho and Alonzo as co-sponsors of the game. They ought to get a contract with FIFA and or other ball clubs or leagues and get sponsored. This way they could obtain good advertising sponsors and finally release us from having to buy every damn thing and make the game completely free with free resources and ad watching. It's ok if you want us to pay for some things but not at these prices. Token availability should be much greater and free tokens more easily available. Prices of things within this game are prohibitive. There is no reason why a player should cost hundreds of tokens or that tokens should be so expensive to buy. All other things in this game should be either free or cost little. Academy coaches should be like 2 or 3 dollars, not 20. As well as all the other things they offer, They are out of their minds with these prices. They blame inflation, what inflation? Come on, it's a freaking game, not something a person needs to live. Yet we need to support these greedy people? What do they think that everyone who plays this game is FREAKING MILLIONAIRE? They are pathetic and they are done getting even one red cent out of me.
Also, what about the difference in prices between countries. Look and the Indonesian and Turkish teams - they get far better deals with Nordeus. I read that Turkey also had advertising that gave Turkish players free resources by inputting a code on Coke and ice cream. Yes, all in a very consistent and fair system!
It would be an improvement. They also need to look at the transfer market - you put someone up for sale at an induced lower value, but pay full value if you buy a player. Also, there should be some tokens going to the selling manager above a certain value of sale (the buyer pays more $ and tokens and the seller doesn’t really benefit other than a few more $).
This is why this game in total is a sham! It's all wrong and designed to make some people a lot of money not to provide fair and honest entertainment. The game is not programmed well. As someone said it has little to do with results but to make money for those who own the game. It's all basically fixed to get people to either spend a lot of money or watch an ungodly amount of ads because either way they make money. That is why I say, they should get sponsored by football clubs and leagues and their advertisers so that they can advertise on the game. This way they get money from the advertisers and they can stop charging us these prohibitive prices as well as be able to offer us much greater amounts of free resources.
khris, not about this subject, but i dont want or wish or whatever call it to start new thread, since in game help is broken, just wanted to point in new event and that quest in sponsor, so i won 4 matches, and it count only 2 for quest, tell me why i wasnt surprised with that
Yes, a fix! It is still the same repetitive issues - task completed and no reward given. Just like the Daily Streak competition last season, they admitted this season it was a bug but blamed the manager last season for not collecting the reward! What compensation was given then? Answer - none, as it was not deemed an issue by them. They (support) ignored my additional message asking for the points I got cheated out of.
Video ads are also not working for some people, so we're unable to train with 2x bonus, get the 2% support from Mourinho, get daily special sponsor points, rest, morale and treatment boosters...This problem has been going for a while and still no fix. For me, and I'm sure for many other players, it's impossible to continue playing like this.
So many fixes required for a game that allegedly improves with every update. Support needs to be dramatically improved or employ someone to toss a coin on issues - we stand a better chance of a resolution. They will not compensate me the 50 special sponsor points from last season for the now ‘known’ fault! Yes, sad but it is always easier to blame the manager!!
