    todays results:
    Mezopotamya FC 0-0 CoolioFC (league
Personal Team FC 2-1 CoolioFC (cup) Savva 7'

a very good point was secured away from home today as we held the side who before today had a 100% record in the league. plenty of chances at either end but no goals. a consecutive defeat to personal team means we exit the cup at the play off stage. slightly disappointing.

CoolioFC remain 4th despite picking up just a point and are currently 4-3-1 (7 unbeaten)

    aranzat 0-6 Perfect Tactics

    aranzat: 42.8, inverted 3-5-2v | Perfect Tactics: 60.9, 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond/4-5-1v

We went back to winning ways but it didn't come easy. We found it hard to break this team down, the narrow diamond not being a good counter for the inverted 3-5-2v formation. But we did squeeze in a goal before half time, Nascimento breaking down the left and passing to Pistov for an easy goal. We changed formation in the 2nd half and the floodgates opened, Petersen with a hat trick between the first and third goal. The first two came from free kicks and then he completed his hat trick with a solo effort. He wasn't done, he made it 0-5 with a long range strike and then a late Silly goal gave us a much deserved 0-6 win today. We are 7 points clear but 2nd place plays and could narrow the gap down.

    Goals: Pistov (36'), Petersen (61', 66', 68' HAT, 76'), Silly (87')
    MOTM: Petersen

    MATCHREPORT (DAY 10) - BALKAN BOYZ (Sz. 6 / Lvl6)

LEAGUE: We played one of the better if not the "best" oppositions today, the Israeli "RYY HO" (scout team) away. We started off pretty good and Edin Džeko managed to score twice before the end of the first half. Stevan Jovetić extended the lead with a 3rd goal in the 53th minute. Edin Džeko was declared as MoM (rate:9). We are currently 1th with 22 points, "Ekranas FC" 2nd at 20 points and "RYY HO" 3rd at 17points. We are playing the Spanish team "Pepo FC" tomorrow at home. Kick off is scheduled for 14:18CET.

CUP: The 2nd leg in the T11 CUP playoffs ended in a "humiliation" as Man.Utd won the game with 0 - 3 after goals by R.Van Persie and P.Jones (MoM). We tried to fight back, but the early injury off E.Džeko forced us to switch and swap formation and make a couple of substitutions. I have nothing to say really, don't know what went wrong or why we lost the game since we had more possesion and attempts on target then Man.Utd. Man.Utd wins after 5 - 0 on aggregate. Will try to follow them, and see how they manage in the tournament.

TEAM TALK: Well, the unexpected exodus from the CUP will give us more time for preparations, especially as we will try to focus and concentrate on the League and Champions League tournaments. We will also be arranging and playing a couple of friendlies to earn and collect boosters.

Currently we have 4 players on the injury list: E.Džeko (4days) and S.Handanović, I.Olić + M.Pjanić (3days). Will probably recover E.Džeko by tomorrow since he is one of our best ST's for the moment.

The PT session on M.Stevanović goes as planned, and he will have the shadowstriker ability by tomorrow and reach 7* as well.

LEAGUE. Round 8. LONDON CITY (81.1) v TIGIDI TEAM (78.8)

    Result: LONDON 1-1 TIGIDI
    Goals: Borsato 62, Daniels 69
    M.o.M: Jonathan Watts

What at first seemed a disappointing draw for City, turned out to be a decent result at the end of the day. We started the day in 1st position against this higher level team who were third. The first half was a stalemate with neither side able to take their chances. Just over the hour mark, Cedric Borsato broke the deadlock, to put Tigidi ahead. It took us just nine minutes to pull level, when Jack Daniels made a goal for himself, out of nothing. We brought on Stig Andersson for the last 15 minutes, to ease him back after recovering from the ankle strain he received three days ago.

CITY: Miklosko, Haller, Fiksdal, Watts, Cole, Olsen (Andersson), Santos, Hori, Daniels, Yashin, Leth.

    TEAM TALK:

The point we took from todays game, has actually increased our lead at the top. Starting the day 1 point ahead of 2nd place, and 2 ahead of todays opponents, we were resigned to be relegated to 2nd tonight, as the second place team were playing 10th. However, there was an upset in that game when the lower placed team won 4-0. So we are now two points clear at the top. How we could have done with a win though.

    Troll F.C. update:
Troll F.C. survived the cup play-offs against Ghori FC. After a 2-1 away win Troll could reach a good 2-0.
In the league Troll sadly only reached a draw against 3rd Özgenc and thus Troll leads the league only by one point.
I should have changed the formation after the cup match because it did not suit the league match, but hey ... it is a Troll F.C.

    FC Kneipenkick update:
FC Kneipenkick climbed to 1st place over the weekend since Malika lost one match suprisingly and could defend it yesterday (very close 3-2 @Abady FC) and today (4-0 vs. Galatasary). Todays win was confortable, but costly. Three of our four wing players got injured and the first time this season red packs had to be activated.

    League, Day 8 Report.

After earning the qualification in cup, we hosted few hours later our friends of Arif FC for the League. He must have been glad to face New Team as he was for once following the game. His 4-2-2-2 suffered our "B"-Team pretty well untill the end of first half. On our side, we experimented the 4-4-2 Flat for the first time today finding it pretty solid, but lacking goal occasions. That's why thanks to our adaptability and getting in Hutton for one of our MCs we could switch first to 4-3N-1-2 (becker as MR, stark from ST to AMC, Hutton in as second ST) and then into a more confident 4-3W-1-2 which was devastating. In the end we let Flanagan rest taking in Blaze setting up on 3W-1-3W-1-2 and in the last mins using Stark again as a ST.

MoM: Clark Kent (8), New Team (???).

Tomorrow we will face first Bluelove FC and their 4-5-1 V away, then with just about one hour difference we will have another away match for the CL against Hakan FC. We thanks warmly Nordeus for not being able to set a "one in, one away" setup matchday after 4 years.

On a side note, Bruce Banner is showing great skills and scoring several goals (DML/ML/MC); we are having a lil luck with videos on FB (3 a day ) so we might spend them on a lil PT for him.

Cage FC are out of the cup, no harm. A 1-1 draw at home tonight against a tough Token team was not near enough after the 2-0 first leg defeat.

They still sit comfortably on top of the league after a 3-0 away win earlier in the day, and top of their Champ league group.

Second team - thecageyones, are joint second in league 2. Only behind the leaders on goal difference of 1.

There's 4 teams regular active all fighting for those top spots as we go along. It will boil down to results against one another and goal differences, how well we beat the bots and inactives. Only managed a 1-0, in a tame, boring game today.

good performance today and a decent 3-1 win after being on top for the whole match. 16 points now, tomorrow we play the number one team (22 points) and they have formation that I see for the first time.. I was thinking of going 4-5-1 V against it but not sure, any other suggestions?
