What is the point of (investing) in young players ?

i dont keep older players ... im saying buying for 7 seasons a max market quality 24-25 years old player meaning i buy him first day and sell him next season and replace him with a new 25 years old player

Yeah but if you have some younger players, you don't have to replace them for a few seasons because they will gain back the skill points to get to the next star.
