Does anyone knows the best orders for 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond?
My midfielders keep on getting sent off, even though, i use soft tackle...

Thank you very much for these counter formations. I think this table will be very useful for beginners in Top Eleven.
In my opinion the most important thing is the shot efficienty. Just because you have better ball players than your opponent it doesn't mean you will win.
These formations won't work if you aren't able to make a suitable tasks (setting arrows, team mentality, ...). This game doesn't only consist only of player stars and money.
anyone can tell me how to counter this strange formation !! o.O

I tried almost every possible order's with(counter,tackling,pressing) and normal too... with the same result... it really looks like they are ****ing me up.... its a silly conspiracy idea, but thats just like how it feels right now.

Guys i have later on an important semi-final to play. He won the first time with 2-1. (opponent is stronger than my team)
He is playing the same style4-3N-2W-1 and i played 3N-2-2-2-1 Butterfly. I had more shots, shots on target and even more ball controll!
I'm new here (niv1) But i think i have a chance to win if i have the right setup and orders! I saw that i could try 4-4-1-1 but other players from rounds before lost from him with 4-4-2! I think 4-4-2 and 4-4-1-1 are not that far away from each other! I hope someone can help me out....

Hey guys, I saw the table but I dont understand "Tower"
Im in the Champs League semi final with a 2 nil lead going away from home, the guy has changed formation
In the first leg I was using 4-4-2 but switched quickly to 4-1-2-2W-1 to counter him and won the ball pack.
Now he is playing 3w-1-3w-1-2 with a 6 star AMC so I know i have to close that down somehow.
The counter guide suggests using a Tower but im not sure what that is, overall ive a complete squad (only 1 DMC) so the team is adaptable.
Any help would be greatly appreciated to counter this person! or even a super defensive formation!

I attended the entire game with one supporter for +10% pos.
He was home for +5% and showed up with about 30 mins left to give him +8%
May advantage most the game at 5%, when he showed up it was his advantage at 3%.
My team was conditioned at 80-99% per player, and Morale was high on everyone. I outshot him 14/5 - 13/5 and had 6 corners to his 5, but none of mine registered in the comments.
Mixed passing and focus, half pitch, no counter, no offsides, medium tackling, and hard attacking (I've always been hard attacking against 4 defs).
I was pretty confident this match was mine considering it didn't appear either of our formations countered one another. Having a 6 point advantage per player with my 49 & 54 Strikers and 44 AMC on his 39, 36, 35, 29 Defenders and 36 Keeper, I would have thought to have given me at least 2-3 goals.
What went wrong?

Today i need to face this guy in the Quarter Finals of the CL.
The first game ended in a draw 3-3 but my team is much better than his team.
So now i just want some advice how you guys had face this dude with is formation!
He is playing 3N-4-3. I know i can play: 4-3N-2(AML/AMR)-1, 4-4-2, 3-5-2 to counter him, but i just want to know some experience of you guys who already has faced this formation :D

I've been playing with a 4-2-2(AML-AMR)-2 and I've been beating most teams I encounter. I'm only in my second season so I imagine I am playing many other new managers. But my biggest win was 9-0. Today was the first time I got scored on in 8 matches and the score was still 7-1. I am on average about 4QP more than most teams so maybe that is why. I haven't ran into many walls so I haven't tinkered with my formation much.
Thanks for the chart though. I really enjoy reading it and when I play other tough teams, maybe I will try some of these counters as well.
It would be nice to hear from others as well.
Tomorrow I am playing a CL match and the formation used is an odd 4-2(DMCs)-2N-2. It is like a 4-4-2 with a narrow box in the center. Have any of you come across this?
the damned formations: 3w-3-2w-2 or 3n-3-2w-2 is driving me crazy...... is stronger than 4-4-2 :(

Buenas noches, bueno no se que horario tengan ustedes en este momento... pero espero esten muy bn.. mi duda es xq teniendo el mejor equipo en dos temporadas no e podido que mi equipo juegue bn ni nada, e echo todo para notar el cambio de mi equipo y no paso nada, la temporada anterior logre salvar la temporada clasificando a la liga de campeones, pero esta si me decepciono, a mi me encanta el juego soy un fanatico de Top 11 y me gusta invertirle a mi equipo yo creo q ustedes lo notan y no entiendo xq le paso eso a mi equipo.... entonces de que sirve invertir si un equipo que no tiene buena calidad ni bn nivel me ganaron equipo de nivel bajo.... y ps yo entiendo como es esto del futbol en la vida real pero ya tanto asi para que mi equipo decienda asi no..... decidi escoger otro equipo en esa funcion de manager que ustedes presentan para seguir demostrando de que si puedo con otro equipo y hasta el momento me va bn no digo que no perdere pero veo la diferencia de mis jugadores que le echan ganas y juegan bn, a diferencia de mi otro equipo el Fc Barcelona..... no es reclamo ni nada de eso aclaro me encanta este juego soy adicto a este juego y la verdad no me gustaria dejarlo x algo asi..gracias por tomarse la molestia de leer mi mensaje espero una pronta respuesta.... Well he got a red card at the 20th min, it was his defender (he spit on my player hahaha) so result isnt just based on formation
Anyone play against 3W-2N-2N-1-2?
He has been winning the league with this, with low star players.
