Table of Counter Formations v2.0 - Which formation to use?

Does anyone knows the best orders for 4-1-2-1-2 ?

My midfielders keep on getting sent off, even though, i use soft tackle...

If you mean narrow diamond, you should use
Offensive
Short passes
Through the middle
Oh and use normal tackling

Does anyone knows the best orders/tactics(normal/forward.. pression on half/all pitch, etc) for the following formations?


4-1-2N-1-2 (Narrow diamond);


4-1-3N-2;


4-3N-3;



Seriously they keep on getting my players sent off, playing soft!!!... two red cards in the same game... red and yellow cards for 3 games in a row... 4 defeats in a row... i already lost the cup... my players are from the level 6, but they are the most wanted ones... al with the highest quality possible(49), now at level 7, with 52 in quality.. the most expensive ones, and best payed possible.

I dont want to by another team right now... the tactics above are the ones that i can use with my players... please help a lost soul

I tried almost every possible order's with(counter,tackling,pressing) and normal too... with the same result... it really looks like they are ****ing me up.... its a silly conspiracy idea, but thats just like how it feels right now.

I've handled it well so far....
